The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards in Roero.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, then destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
