Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from 40 estate plots on elevated, south- and southeast-facing hills. The vines are more than 30 years old on average.
Vinification
The wine is made using an old method developed in Franciacorta. At least 50% of the must is fermented in small white-oak barrels.
Ageing
It matures in the winery’s cellars for six years.
