Vineyard and terroir
The Montepulciano grapes are grown in vineyards across the Abruzzo region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late September to early October. The must undergoes traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks at 25–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged briefly in steel tanks to preserve the fruity notes of the grapes.
Tasting profile
Light, vibrant and juicy, with a lively character and fruity notes.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14–16 °C. It suits hearty pasta and meat dishes.
