Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the company’s vineyards in Abruzzo and harvested in early autumn.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and undergo pre-fermentation maceration to extract colour, tannins, aromas and flavours. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 20 days in stainless-steel tanks at 20–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures and is stored in temperature-controlled steel tanks until bottling.
