Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards. The soils are gravel, limestone and clay, which give the wine its distinctive mineral structure.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at optimum ripeness and taken quickly to the winery. Fermentation and maceration are carried out under careful temperature control, to preserve the freshness of the grapes and bring out a rich range of fruit flavours.
