Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in soils rich in clay, sandstone and marine marl.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation proceeds slowly at a controlled temperature of 12–14 °C with selected yeasts.
Tasting profile
Elegant and fresh, with very fine bubbles, softness and a creamy texture.

The name “Setage” refers to silk.
