Bright, luminous straw yellow. The fine, elegant and predominantly fruity bouquet recalls white flowers and shows pronounced pear and peach notes. The palate is harmonious, structured and pleasantly fruity.

Serve at 8–9°C with fish terrines, pasta with shellfish or vegetable quiche.
Label / history
The Germano Reale is the mallard, a migratory duck native to local freshwater wetlands such as marshes, ponds, lakes and rivers. Its annual migration symbolizes a difficult spiritual quest and the cycle of rebirth; in some older cultures it also represents immortality. Because the male accompanies the female during migration, encountering a pair of ducks is regarded as an auspicious sign of unity and loyalty within marriage.
