Bright, luminous straw yellow. The fine, elegant bouquet has distinct floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. Fresh and savoury on the palate, with elegance and excellent persistence.

Serve at 10 °C in a generously proportioned wine glass. Suitable as an aperitif and with preparations based on crustaceans or molluscs.
Label / history
Colbadia derives from “colle della Badia,” meaning the abbey hill. Abbeys were buildings inhabited by monks and, figuratively, evoke abundance and well-being.
