Vineyard and terroir
The Vermentino comes from vineyards in the municipality of Terricciola at Casanova. The approximately 15 ha of vines lie at 250 m above sea level, face south-east and average 15 years of age. Sandy soils of marine origin are rich in marine sediments, contributing to the wine’s aromatic and mineral character.

100% Vermentino.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place with natural yeasts.
Ageing
Approximately three months on the lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Technical data
Average production is 50,000 bottles. The first vintage was 2009.
Tasting profile
A savory, floral and aromatic Vermentino, with Mediterranean scrub, white flowers and mineral notes. The palate combines freshness with a distinctly savory character.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–13 °C. A Bordeaux glass is recommended.
