Tasting profile

Bright ruby red with garnet reflections. The intense yet elegant bouquet recalls dried violet petals, ripe woodland berries—particularly blackberries and blackcurrants—and subtle spicy nuances of licorice and green peppercorn. The palate is balanced, with velvety tannins and a savory, persistent finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 16–18°C. Pair with richly structured dishes, especially game, red meats and mature cheeses.
