Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from estate vines aged 15–25 years, planted at 250–320 metres above sea level on northwest- and southeast-facing plots.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation is initiated by natural yeasts in steel tanks at 28–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in large oak casks for 36–48 months, followed by 12 months in the cellar after bottling.
