Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the company’s vineyards in the Orvieto region. The area has a Mediterranean climate and soils composed of tuff, limestone and volcanic rock. The vines are up to 15 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at no more than 12 °C to retain vibrant aromas and freshness. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is filtered twice and bottled.
