Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Orvieto region, on soils composed of tuff, limestone and volcanic rock.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed, after which the must flows by gravity into stainless-steel tanks at a low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine is kept at a low temperature in stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
