Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Orvieto Classico zone, where the soils are made up of tuff, limestone and volcanic rock.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed and the must flows by gravity into steel tanks at a low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures at a low temperature in steel tanks until bottling.
