The vineyards face northwest and lie at 400 metres above sea level, on local soils rich in limestone and clay.
Vinification
The must ferments on the lees for 40 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with periodic bâtonnage.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests in bottle for at least three months.

Light, lively and clean-tasting, with a delicate aroma and an elegant character.
