Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards at elevations of up to 380 m above sea level.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo 20–28 days of maceration. The pressed must then completes alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 18 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The aroma is elegant. The palate is concentrated and fruit-driven, with a tannic finish.
