Vinification
Immediately after harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. The juice is settled, filtered and stored in refrigerated tanks until processing. Fermentation takes place in autoclaves at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, using a technique intended to preserve the grapes’ aromatic nuances.
Tasting profile
The wine has a fragrant aroma and a rich, velvety palate, with a lively and vibrant character.

The label was created by Romano Dogliotti, the winery’s owner and oenologist.
