Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Val delle Rose estate vineyards in the Morellino di Scansano area. The vines grow at 150 m above sea level on quartz-rich sandy soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 25 °C.

Pair with red meat, game, duck or quail.
