Technical data
A fortified red wine with 16% alcohol by volume and 12% residual sugar. Ruby red in colour. Presented in a 750 ml Bordeaux bottle, packed 12 bottles per case.
Tasting profile
The aroma is intense and penetrating with a light spicy character. The palate is pleasantly sweet yet finishes clean, revealing the substantial tannins that define its structure. A prolonged sweet note merges with a more complex aftertaste.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Designed as an after-dinner wine for dry pastries, biscuits and desserts; it also pairs with Gorgonzola and Parmigiano.
