The Montepulciano grapes are grown in vineyards in Abruzzo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when they reach optimal ripeness. They are pressed at the winery and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with game, roasted red meat, vegetable stew and soft cheeses.
