Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Dardi Le Rose vineyard in Bussia, identified as one of Barolo’s key terroirs.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Skin maceration lasts 12–15 days, building concentration and structure. Malolactic fermentation softens the acidity.
Ageing
The wine ages for 24–28 months in oak barrels. This develops depth and spicy, woody notes while rounding the tannins.
Tasting profile
Powerful yet refined, with a layered nose of red berries, fruit, flowers, dried herbs and spice. The palate is complex and deeply structured, with expressive tannins.
Serving and pairing
Pair with juicy meat dishes.
