Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the hills of Collio, in ponca soils composed of marl and sandstone.
Vinification
A portion of the harvested Friulano and Chardonnay grapes is partially dried to concentrate aromas and flavours. The Sauvignon Blanc is pressed separately after 12 hours of skin contact. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks and oak barriques.
Ageing
The wine remains on its fine lees until the following spring.
