Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of Mazara del Vallo in Trapani and cultivated according to organic farming standards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small baskets and processed promptly. They are gently pressed to preserve the must’s aromas and natural acidity. The must is clarified at a low temperature before fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for about five months.
