Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of Mazara del Vallo in Trapani and cultivated according to organic farming standards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small baskets and processed promptly. After gentle pressing, the must ferments on the skins at a controlled temperature. A portion undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for around six months.
