Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature of 22–26 °C, with daily pumping over. After racking, the wine matures for three months.

Fresh and fruit-driven, with ripe-cherry notes and a long finish. The tannins are smooth and elegant, while the overall style balances softness with fresh drinkability.

Saccr was conceived as a meeting of Montefalco's native grapes and international varieties. Its profile recalls the traditional local style without excessive weight, emphasizing supple texture and freshness.
