Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company's own vineyards in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The soils are rich in mineral deposits, limestone and calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then carefully sorted and gently pressed at the winery. The must is cooled and left to settle, then fermented at a controlled 17 °C with selected yeasts, which help develop the wine's characteristic aromas.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in stainless steel tanks and is filtered before bottling. It has no contact with wood.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a rounded character and a refined, smooth texture.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif service. It pairs with light appetizers, first courses, egg dishes and fish.
