Storia
1900s
Antonio Colutta bought a piece of land in Colli Orientali del Friuli and founded the "Bandut" farm. He was drawn to the area for its excellent winegrowing conditions, including its microclimate, exposure and distinct character within Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Today
The farm belongs to Giorgio Colutta, who makes quality wines from grapes grown in his own "Buttrio," "Manzano" and "Rosazzo" vineyards, covering a total of 18 ha. The company is working toward ISO 9001 certification to ensure quality in its products and services at every stage, from the land to the customer.
The Villa Padronale
The Colutta winery is housed in the historic "Villa Padronale," built in the 1700s and renovated in 1999. The renovation included the construction of a winemaking cellar and a barrel cellar, as well as the installation of a modern bottling line.
