Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Veneto, on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The area has a mild climate and clay soils, which contribute vibrant fruit and floral aromas and a balanced character.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented at low temperature with added yeast in stainless-steel tanks. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Well-balanced and harmonious, with good structure and an expressive bouquet marked by vibrant fruit and floral aromas.
