Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Monte Castello and Baon vineyards, whose soils consist of marl and basalt.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Skin maceration is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barriques for 18–24 months, followed by a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
