Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the volcanic terroir of the Euganean Hills in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, chilled to 0.5 °C at the winery, gently pressed and vinified using traditional methods. Secondary fermentation takes place at 10 °C using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetizers, fish, seafood and cheese.
