Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate’s vineyards around Tezze di Piave, S.Polo di Piave and Mareno di Piave.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, cleaned and cold-settled. Part of the must ferments on the lees at a controlled temperature, while the remainder is held at a low temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests with selected yeasts under strictly controlled temperature conditions.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, fish dishes and cheeses.
