Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards in Tezze di Piave, S. Polo di Piave and Mareno di Piave.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, cleaned and cold-settled. Part of the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation on the lees, while the remainder is held at a low temperature.
Ageing
The sparkling wine rests with selected yeasts under controlled temperatures.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi and fresh creamy cheeses.
