Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hills in the Roncà area, on mainly volcanic soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 25 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months, with 50% kept in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak barriques.
