Vineyard and terroir
The Glera fruit is grown in Treviso.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically, crushed and gently cold-pressed. Following primary fermentation, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in a pressurised tank using the Charmat method, producing the bubbles.
