Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in northeastern Italy, in Veneto’s Treviso subregion. Clay, limestone and slate soils contribute a subtle mineral quality; the limestone supports crisp acidity, while the clay retains moisture during dry periods and helps keep the grapes juicy. Warm days and cool nights in a mild climate allow slow, even ripening, developing an intense exotic-fruit bouquet while preserving freshness.
The estate practices organic viticulture without synthetic fertilizers or herbicides.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness to balance sugar and natural acidity. The wine is made by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation lasting two months in sealed stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Bright, elegant and refreshing, with a clean fruit-and-citrus profile, an intense bouquet of exotic fruit, subtle minerality and crisp acidity. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
