This organic wine is made from fruit grown in the company's vineyards in Abruzzo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically at optimum ripeness. Maceration on the skins lasts 10 days at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks.

Vintage notes
The 2020 growing season was complicated by Covid-related restrictions. A mild winter was followed by a cool spring, and frequent rain in May slowed the growing cycle. A hot, dry summer brought the grapes to phenolic ripeness, while cool nights preserved their acidity and bright aromatic profile. The fruit arrived at harvest in excellent condition, although yields were lower than usual.
