The grapes are grown in Treviso.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically, crushed and gently cold-pressed. Following the initial fermentation, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in a pressurised tank using the Charmat method, producing its bubbles.

Bright, refined and well-balanced, with a fresh character and juicy red-berry notes on the nose and palate.
