The grapes grow in the province of Treviso on 15-year-old vines.
Vinification
The organically grown grapes are gently pressed after harvest. The must undergoes a three-hour cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. The wine is unfiltered.
Ageing
The wine ages in the bottle.
Tasting profile
Fine bubbles give a gentle sparkle. The aroma is elegant, and the palate is pleasant and well balanced.

Serve as an aperitif or with appetizers, red fish tartare, sushi or sashimi.
