Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the province of Treviso in Veneto, on clay, slate and limestone soils that contribute freshness and balance.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically and selected before being chilled and gently pressed. The must ferments at a controlled temperature, followed by a 40-day secondary fermentation using the Charmat method. The wine is organic and made without chemical additives.
Tasting profile
Fine, lively bubbles accompany an elegant texture. The wine is graceful, with bright fruit freshness and soft berry notes.
