Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown using biodynamic methods in Friuli-Venezia Giulia at 130 m above sea level.
Grapes
The blend of carefully selected Pinot Nero and Cabernet Sauvignon changes each year.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a fairly short maceration on the skins and ferments with natural yeasts. It is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
It rests for at least 24 months in large old oak barrels and steel tanks.
