Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on clay soils in Veneto’s mild climate.
Vinification
Only the best bunches are selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C for 21 days.
Ageing
The aroma reaches its full expression three years after harvest.
