Vinification
The wine is made by keeping the temperature at 0 °C during several stages between harvest and finished wine, helping to preserve and intensify its delicate fruit aromas.
Tasting profile
Marzemino contributes an intense, elegant aroma, while Raboso provides colour and acidity. The nose has delicate notes of raspberry and strawberry.
