Tasting profile
Bright, platinum-toned bubbles form a rich and persistent perlage. Lemon and apple meet hawthorn and elderflower on the nose. The palate is intense, with soft, delicate bubbles and a vivid combination of flavour and freshness that lingers. Minerality, smoothness and freshness define the overall profile.

Specific suggestions include prosciutto with melon, fried artichokes and courgettes, chickpea falafel, Cantonese rice, a salami sandwich, grilled swordfish and cod cicchetti.
