Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in the province of Soave, where limestone and basalt soils are common. The vineyards have excellent exposure, and the climate is mild.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by filtration.
