The fruit comes from the “Torre a Destra” vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25–27 °C for 10–12 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in new French oak barrels.

Juicy, with rich fruit and berry notes on the nose and palate.

Annual production is 6,000 bottles.
