The grapes come from hillside vineyards southeast of Lake Garda. The sites have light soils and breezy conditions, while temperature variations help develop aromatic character.

Tasting profile
A dry white wine with a straw-yellow colour. The nose is delicate and complex, combining floral notes with yellow fruit; the broader aromatic profile also evokes white flowers, pear and tropical fruit. The palate is dry and crisp, with firm structure and pleasant freshness.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and with salads, vegetable starters, fish dishes and white meats.
