Ageing
The wine matures for six months in large concrete tanks. It is bottled afterward and released immediately.

Conceived as the estate’s most casual and immediately engaging wine, Mazzapink is presented as “a sip of Lucca” combining history with lightness. Its playful label brings together the character of Valgiano, biodynamic practice and Lucca’s history.
