The grapes are grown in the Treviso region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then decanted and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation follows using the Charmat method.

Pair with fish, shellfish and other seafood, risotto, or vegetable pies.
