The fruit is grown in the Treviso region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. After settling, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with fish, shellfish and other seafood, risotto, and savoury vegetable pies.
