Grapes
The blend comprises 89.5% Glera and 10.5% Pinot Nero.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and settled at the winery before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in autoclaves using the Charmat method and lasts 60 days.

Pairs with fish, shellfish and other seafood, risotto, and vegetable pies.
